"Superb"
Great location close to the main part of the old town but not right in the centre so a bit quieter. Some nice local bars and places for ice-cream. the hotel is very pretty on the inside and the staff were very attentive.

There is really helpful and friendly staff. Good room with french balcony, big tv and comfortable bed. I liked the bathroom style a lot. Amazing location - 10-15 minutes to the center, calm neighborhood.

An interesting, charming hotel. The physical features of it (being a former convent) are gorgeous. The staff were super friendly. Perfect location for those who don't want to be right in the centre (but it's only 15 mins walk away!).

The staff was very accommodating for me as a wheelchair user. They put out a ramp at the entrance and left it there for our entire stay. They set up a place for me to have breakfast without having to go up stairs to the mezzanine level. I had only asked for a ground floor room and they gave me an accessible room. I'd stay there again if I could.

The property was very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was included and they had a good assortment of things to eat. They will also make you cappuccino, espresso etc on order. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the centre which we didnt mind - at least we got to walk off all the pasta we ate.
